Winning Cribbage Tips and Play Cribbage to Win were both published by Sterling Publishing. They've gone out of print, but between Google and Ebay, you might be able to locate copies.
A better idea is to pick up a copy of Killer Cribbage, also published by Sterling, which combines everything in the other two books. It should be available through online and local booksellers.
